Im getting an african grey soon, although pooing isn’t a big trouble it would be nice for him/her to be potty trained and was wondering if it is possible to potty train an parrot/african grey?
I dont mean making them poop on command Im saying that I want him her to poop in a particular spot they can poop any time of day and night but just in a particular spot

There are those that profess that they can train them to “Go”??

But a bird cannot control it’s bowel movements,when it has to go it goes ,no matter where it is.

It may Go in the same area of it’s cage,at seemingly the same time,but when it has to Go it will just Go.

I have a 2 year old African Grey Timneh. I have him trained to poop over the toilet, but only when I hold him over the toilet. He still craps on my shoulder and everywhere else when he needs. to go. what’s the best way to train him to fly back to his cage to do his business or to not crap on people. Thanks!!!
